This video was filmed in Mali during the month of April 2016 during a series of cultural festivals produced by i4Africa and youth organizers in the towns of Tominian (Segou), Niono (Segou), Djenné (Mopti), & Diabolo (Mopti) in central Mali. The events are part of instruments4Africa’s Cultural Festivals/Sahel Youth Cultural Alliance Project funded by the US Department of State.
